Data & reporting
Clear, reliable reporting from the data you already have.
Start with the questions, then the dashboard
We ask what your team needs to know and which decisions the report should support. That might mean comparing project costs, understanding enquiries or checking progress across departments. We map those questions to the data available, including its gaps, before choosing charts or building connections.
Numbers you can check
We define how each measure is calculated, which records it includes and what filters change. Dates, duplicate records, missing values and differences between sources all need attention. The finished report should make its sources and assumptions clear. An estimate or interpretation is labelled as such; it isn’t presented as a measured result.
Connect what you already use
The right setup may use files, supported data connectors or a custom integration. We check how a source can be accessed, how often it changes and who is allowed to use it. The gHawk Analytics Platform provides a starting point for dashboards and reporting, with additional work scoped around your requirements.
A few things you might be wondering
Can we try gHawk Analytics before discussing a project?
Yes. The public platform lets you explore real public datasets without an account. Uploading your own CSV or JSON files requires approved private access. Please use that approved route for your own data.
Does AI calculate the report’s numbers?
The platform uses defined calculations over the selected data. AI can help suggest views or offer an interpretation for review. Those suggestions do not replace the calculations or your team’s judgment.
What if our data is messy or incomplete?
We review the fields, formats and quality first. We can help with cleanup and transformations, but some gaps need the source owner’s input. We explain what can be used, what needs fixing and where a report would need a qualification.
Tell us what you’re working on.
Bring us a rough idea, a stubborn problem or a project that’s ready to go. We’ll talk through the options and what the work would involve.
