Automation & AI
Cut down on repetitive work, with your team in control.
Understand the task before automating it
We walk through how the work gets done today, including the exceptions. Then we define the triggers, rules and approvals for the parts worth automating. Connecting systems and removing duplicate entry can be useful without involving AI at all.
People actively guide the AI
We use AI where it helps with development, research and routine work. Experienced people give it specific instructions, challenge its output, make corrections and test the result. In client systems, we agree where AI is useful and where a person must review or approve an action. Uncertain answers are flagged, and important decisions stay with people.
Plan for the awkward cases
A workflow needs to handle missing information, failed connections and repeated requests. We test those cases as well as the expected path, and decide what should stop, retry or ask for help. We also work through the information sent to AI providers, access permissions and ongoing costs before connecting a model.
A few things you might be wondering
Do we need AI for every automation?
No. When a task has clear rules, ordinary software is often the best answer. We use AI for suitable parts of a workflow, with checks around its output and a clear way to handle uncertainty.
Can we use private or customer-hosted AI?
We can assess cloud providers, private AI services and customer-hosted models against your requirements. Compatibility, data handling, hosting location, cost and model capability all matter. We check those details before recommending a connection.
Can you work with the tools our team already uses?
That is the starting point. We review the available APIs, permissions and supported connections. If a system needs custom work or limits what can be automated, we explain that before agreeing to the build.
